Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Your Cancellation Rights

As a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason (the "cooling-off period"). This right does not apply to sealed items that have been unsealed and are unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds. To cancel, contact us at support@trybodycurve.com.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
