At BodyCurve, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights under UK law and our commitments to you.

Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return goods that are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described on our website. These rights are in addition to our voluntary returns policy below.

30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)

We offer a 30-day returns window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. The hygiene seal must be intact on all compression garments, and you must provide proof of purchase.

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@trybodycurve.com. We will provide a returns authorisation number and return address. Please include this number with your return. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. For faults arising after 30 days but within 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement. After 6 months, you may still be entitled to a partial refund in some circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened compression socks where the hygiene seal has been broken, or items that have been worn or washed, unless the item is faulty.
