Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.trybodycurve.com for delivery within the United Kingdom.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 business days of receiving payment confirmation.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery: estimated 3–7 business days, delivered by Royal Mail or equivalent courier.
Express Delivery: estimated 1–3 business days, additional charge shown at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, adverse weather, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can also contact us at support@trybodycurve.com for an update on your order.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please wait an additional 5 business days before contacting us. If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us at support@trybodycurve.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
UK Deliveries Only
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
